Founder / Director
Sharon is a Research Director at RepGraph Ltd. She obtained her Ph.D. in Organisational Psychology at Dublin City University in 2005, where she lectured in business and research. Sharon has since worked as a Research Manager in third level institutions and two membership organisations, IFB and Logistics UK (formerly FTA) where she was Head of Research. She has over 20 years experience working in research design and has managed a wide variety of projects from inception to completion.

Andy obtained his Ph.D. in Physics from Trinity College Dublin in 1991 where he subsequently lectured and conducted research in the area of photophysics until 1999. He has since worked in technology companies and more recently in financial institutions in the areas of foreign exchange, sub-ledger operations and regulatory reporting. He is highly experienced in programming and data analysis with particular emphasis on the exploration and utilisation of large datasets.

Emma is highly experienced in data cleansing and analysis and has managed a variety of projects. Emma recently completed her Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship and was awarded a distinction. Her specialisms include data analytics and data presentation.
